MANUFACTURER'S LIMITED WARRANTY

One year warranty on furniture or as specified by manufacturer

(Some manufacturers warrant their product for a longer period)

     The manufacturer warrants this furniture to be free of defects in workmanship and materials to the original purchaser for a period of one year or as specified by manufacturer from the date of purchase.  This warranty applies only for normal household use, not commercial applications.  This warranty does not cover problems or damage resulting from exposure to extreme temperature, humidity, moisture, neglect, abuse, misuse, or everyday wear and tear of product.   Any unauthorized repair will void this warranty.

     Any repairs or replacement covered by this warranty will be carried out by the manufacturer or anyone authorized by the manufacturer, in its sole discretion at no charge to the original purchaser.  All costs for delivery and shipping from the original purchaser to the manufacturer and delivery and shipping to the purchaser from the manufacturer shall be paid by the purchaser.

     The manufacturer's obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the product at the option of the manufacturer.  If the manufacturer chooses to replace the product and an exact replacement is not available, the manufacturer will replace it with a product of equal quality, type, and value.  Repair or replacement shall only be authorized when the namufacturer is satisfied that the returned piece proves to the defective under the above guidelines.

     This is a limited warranty and specifically excludes liability for consequential property or commercial damages.  Should repair or replacement become necessary of these products under warranty, the purchaser must return the product to the manufacturer or its representative--Solid Oak Productions.

ALL CLAIMS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY THE SALES RECEIPT
